3. Windows/Hardware Troubleshooting

The first task for an issue is to determine if its windows or hardware related. Please be as descriptive as possible.


6. Game Tuning/Updating Drivers

  1. Just like you can setup Windows, Games have their own settings. Games also listen to GPU software, which we can help you tune for lower wattage and/or a safe overclock.

  2. Monitor colors have a default setting, often times tuning the GPU display settings can show if your colors are dull vs the colors being more vibrant and eye catching.


4. Windows Install or Reset

  1. We will take a USB drive loaded with the latest Windows version on it and give your storage hardware a fresh windows.

  2. If you’d like to keep your Windows key, we can opt for a Windows Reset through the Computer. However we recommend Fresh install if issue is suspected to be virus/malware.


7. Relocation Assist + Complete PC Setup

We can help you disassemble and reassemble inside your new pad.


9.Guided PC Setup

PC parts or hardware can be quite an investment. Its always a good idea to be proactive and have someone who can help when others are learning. For example, when you have someone building for the first time.

We can supervise a group or individual building a PC and step in or offer advice when needed.

5. Windows Tuning/Updating

Windows includes options for how it operates, setting or disabling a password, monitor hertz, power settings, mouse settings, virtual memory. We go over everything and can help you personalize your theme/background.


8. RMA Assist

Let’s say you have a defective part. There are 2 options that protect your purchase.

1: Return Period

2: Warranty Period - After the Return period ends.

If you are still in your “Warranty Period”, we can help reach out to submit an RMA request and have a part shipped out directly to the manufacturer for repair. Note that you will not be able to use your PC depending on the part.
